Gold
A matching pair of 14k rose gold wedding bands, this was my first time working with this particular material and it was absolutely delightful. The working qualities and color of this alloy definitely left me wanting to work with it again.
This commission was for a good friend and her fiancé.
This one was a bit of a Franken-alloy, I melted a lot of leftover material from other gold projects as well as a large amount of fine silver to create this piece. The final tally ended up being approximately 9k.
In pictures the pale yellow of the larger ring can easily be confused for silver, so I've included a couple pictures with its companion ring made of fine silver.
This was another set for friends getting married. Eventually I'll make some rings for strangers one of these days.
